Our Clinical Specialists are the key to translating our technology into an essential part of everyday clinical workflow. The position will require strong clinical and technical knowledge that will be constantly challenged with the rapid pace of new clinical applications coming to market. Ideally, you work in healthcare and have a strong background in medical imaging or biomedical engineering, have an adaptable startup mindset and enjoy the fast-paced “up for anything” type of environment that is our every day at Arterys. You will report directly to the Clinical Specialist Manager and will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and your fellow Clinical Specialists.

  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Become a product expert, providing high quality training and ongoing support to clinical users of Arterys
  • Build subject matter expert relationships with key clinicians
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to support strategic clinical initiatives within territories
  • Clearly and concisely document product issues
  • Work closely with the product management team providing feedback, competitive intelligence and new functionality requests
  • Coordinate with OEM Partnerships on post sale new customer installation, implementation and training
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with highly clinical and technical product demos
  • Support Arterys at various industry trainings and conferences
  • Responsible for ensuring function meets requirements of Quality System.

  • Background in medical imaging, bonus points if you have experience in cardiac, oncology and MSK applications
  • Background in MR , CT or Mammo
  • Knowledge of scanning protocols, sequences and workflows
  • Experience working in a clinical setting with/or at healthcare institutions
  • Understanding of healthcare IT and medical imaging workflow
  • 3+ years experience in clinical roles to develop new standards of care with clinicians
  • Experience with radiologists, cardiologists, oncologists, cardio thoracic surgeons and other surgical specialties
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak times
